Email Marketing is for bulk campaigns, newsletters & promotions. Transactional is for system emails — OTPs, order confirmations, password resets. Both use dedicated IPs.
Where is my data hosted?
All infrastructure runs on AWS Mumbai. Your subscriber data, campaign data and logs stay inside India — no cross-border transfer.
What sending speed can I expect?
Our platform sustains lakhs of emails per hour. Your actual throughput depends on your plan, IP count and warmup stage — we’ll size it during onboarding.
Can I send via both SMTP and API?
Yes. Transactional sending supports standard SMTP relay and a REST API, so you can integrate with any language or framework without rewriting your app.

What do I need to configure before sending?

How long does onboarding take?
