Zero tolerance

neuMails exists to improve email deliverability for legitimate senders. Spam destroys that mission for everyone, so we enforce strictly.

Consent requirements

• Every recipient must have opted in — verifiable on request
• Purchased, rented, scraped or appended lists are prohibited
• Every marketing email must contain a working one-click unsubscribe
• Unsubscribes are honoured immediately and permanently

Monitoring

We monitor complaint rates, bounce rates, spam-trap hits and blocklist status continuously. Accounts exceeding thresholds are throttled and reviewed. Deliberate abuse results in immediate termination without refund.

Received spam from a neuMails customer? Forward it with headers to abuse@neumails.com — we investigate every report within 24 hours.
